NUR 221 : Advanced Evidence Based Clinical Reasoning

This course provides students with opportunities to demonstrate graduate competencies through didactic and preceptorship experiences necessary to transition to the profession of nursing. Content in nursing and health care domains includes management of care, professionalism, and healthcare delivery systems. 200 level courses are only for those students admitted to the ADN Program. (Theory offered via distance education--hybrid.)

This course includes 4 credit hours of clinical (inclusive of preceptorship).

Prerequisites

Successful completion of first, second, third, and fourth terms of the ADN program for the Generic Option.  Successful completion of NUR 209 and NUR 211 for the Healthcare Transition Track One option.  Successful completion of NUR 211 for the Healthcare Transition Track Two option.
