CIT 212 : Teacher Mentorship
This course is designed to provide the practice through working with a cosmetology instructor in a
mentoring relationship. Emphasis is placed on communication, student assessment, and assisting students in the
lab. Upon completion, students should be able to communicate with students, develop a course of study, and apply
appropriate teaching methods.
Prerequisites
Licensed managing cosmetologist (1 year experience).
