MAT 102 : Medical Assisting Theory I

A description of anatomical descriptors and the cell introduces the student to and serves as an overview of the body’s systems. The structure and function of the nervous, sensory, integumentary, muscular, skeletal, respiratory, and cardiovascular systems are taught with the diseases related to these systems presented. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate a basic working knowledge of these body systems. BIO 201 may substitue for MAT 102.
