EMS 125 : High Angle Rescue - I
This course provides students with theory in the introduction to high angle rescue techniques. Topics
include the high angle environment; equipment and protection, care and use of rope and related equipment, knots,
rappelling, and ascending techniques; and introduction to rescue techniques. Upon course completion, students
should have an understanding in the basic techniques of high angle rescue.
