RAD 250 : Advanced Patient Care
This course will provide the radiographer with concepts of patient care including patient preparation,
patient education, assessment and monitoring, IV procedures for contrast agents and medications, pharmacology,
emergency care, radiation safety and biological considerations, safety precautions, and general procedural
considerations for CT, MRI, Mammography, Cardiovascular Interventional Technology and Diagnostic Medical
Sonography.
